Description
This watch is powered by the in-house crafted 9F quartz movement, integrating all the essential qualities of Grand Seiko’s wristwatch into its functionality and design: accuracy, beauty, legibility, durability, and ease of use.
Its strong, classic Japanese blue colour is a shade that was previously exclusively only available for 9F quartz models in Japan.
Every quartz crystal has different performance characteristics, but only the very best are picked for Grand Seiko 9F quartz movements. Aged and rigorously tested over a 3 month period, this ensures only the most accurate and best performing crystals are crafted into each Grand Seiko timepiece.
The 9F62 calibre is accurate to +/-10 seconds per year and has a date feature at 3 o’clock. The beautiful mirrored case surface, which is free of distortion, and the contrasting elaborate satin finish quietly emphasise the presence of the watch. The size of the case was carefully calculated so that the watch would sit comfortably on the wrist.
