Description
This limited edition timepiece takes inspiration from the SBGW003 – originally a limited Japan-only piece which featured striking Arabic numeral indices – and inherits the style of the very First Grand Seiko with its slim case shape.
The Arabic numeral font was designed by legendary Grand Seiko watch designer, Mr Nobuhiro Kosugi – designer of the modern 44GS style.
Under box sapphire crystal glass is a deep navy dial and a gold-colour accented second hand and logo.
Compact at only 37.3mm, this limited edition is powered by an in-house built 9S54 manual-winding calibre, accurate to +5/-3 seconds per day, with a three-day power reserve.
It is accompanied by a matching ‘Japan Blue’ crocodile strap, with an additional sustainable LWG-approved grey leather strap.
Every Grand Seiko features signature high standards of precision, durability and legibility, handcrafted in Japan by Takumi artisans.
