Description
Inspired by high summer in the Japanese mountains, “Sekkei” means ‘Snow Valley’ – when earthy green tones peek through the lingering snow, harmonising to create a refreshing alpine valley. The dial mirrors the texture and colour of the remaining snow from winter days.
Under a dual-curve sapphire crystal glass, silver-coloured hour, minute and second hands lay on the intricately crafted dial. The green GMT hand matches the dark green of the bi-directional bezel. Coated in Lumibrite, the hands and indices of this timepiece are crafted to be legible even in dim light. The ‘Snow Valley’ has GMT functionality, paired with a rotating bezel to measure multiple time zones simultaneously.
This timepiece is powered by an in-house built 9S86 hi-beat calibre which vibrates 36,000 times per hour. It is accurate to +5/-3 seconds per day with a power reserve of 55 hours.
